EPFO request for early admission of their petition against the high court judgment on Splitting of Minimum wages for PF Contributions has rejected by Supreme Court of India. The case will now be heard as per the routine. The special leave petition was filed by Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner against the judgment of Punjab and Haryana high court allowing splitting of minimum wages for Provident Fund Contributions.
